The proposed project is commonly known as Twin Spruce Farm P.U.D. - Preliminary and Final, Case #22-90. The applicants are requesting a 2,880 s.f. office use for computer software development and retention of an existing single family home on Mulberry Street and Taft Hill Road, at 2115 West Mulberry. The property is zoned M-L, Low Density Mobile Home. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within the study area based on current County Assessor's records.
