Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Steve: VAUGHT FRYE architects Thank you for your comments on our preliminary/final submittal of the Fire Station 10 P.U.D.. The following response corresponds numerically to the comments contained in your letter dated November 13, 1992. 1. O.K. 2. Based on our calculations, we would prefer to locate the transformer at the current southwest location close to the electric room. This would avoid excessive cost on the secondary side, which is estimated to be seven times the cost of the primary charge. 3. The sand/oil separator will be connected to the sanitary sewer 4. All drainage and erosion control studies have been submitted to date. 5. RBD has updated the drawings. 6. The Austrian pines will be replaced by Honeylocust trees. 7. This has been changed on the Landscape Plan. 8. This has been changed on the Landscape Plan. 9. Poudre Fire Authority will not allow any planting that will interfere with emergency access. 10. Additional planting has been added to the Landscape Plan. 11. O.K. 12. The Elevations have been changed to add building material colors. The maximum building height is noted in General Note #3 on the Site Plan. 13. Please see attached cut sheets on site lighting. The I.D. sign will be constructed of stucco and brick to match the building and will be ground lit. Please let us know if you have any further issues regarding this project.
