The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
December 17*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood.
The proposed project is commonly known as Fire Station #10 PUD - Preliminary &
Final, #58-92.
Poudre Fire Authority is requesting a 6,726 s.f. fire station, located at 2067
Vermont Drive (the southwest corner of Vermont Drive and Timberline Road) on .624
acre and zoned RH, High Density Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
