HomeMy WebLinkAboutREPLAT OF PROSPECT RIVERSIDE MINOR SUBDIVISION - 56 92A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCommunity Planning and Environmental Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins March 14, 1995 Dear Resident: On Tuesday, March 21, 1995 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider the request for Replat of Prospect -Riverside Minor Subdivision, #56-92A. The applicant is requesting a replat of a 2-lot minor subdivision located at the northeast corner of East Prospect Road and Riverside Avenue. The purpose of the replat is to shift the property line between Lots 1 & 2 approximately 110' to the north. RAM Electronics, at 1800 East Prospect Road, is currently the user on Lot 2. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
