I have talked with Tom Peterson concerning the private school in the old public service building. the use
that has been described is primarily off-peak travel, and I believe the use is less intense that past uses on
the site. Therefore, I have waived the traffic portion of the TIS. Tom will call Kathleen to scope the
alt-modes portion of the study.
