0 onda November 12, 1992, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room , 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision
request known as Prospect -Riverside Minor Subdivision, #56-92.
This is a request to create a 2 lot subdivision for a use -by -right in the IG,
General Industrial Zoning District, located at the northeast corner of East
Prospect and Riverside Drive. There is an electronics company that has expressed
an interest in using the existing Public Service Company facilities on Lot 2 of
this site, being 4.18 acres. Lot 1 will remain in its present form, being a
large paved area (3.37 acre), and is not to be part of the electronics company
operation.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
