The 20 foot wide emergency access easement should also be called out as a utility easement. 3. The subtitle of the plat should state Padia Subdivision, second Filing: "Being a Replat of Padia Subdivision and a Replat of a. Portion of Lots 29 Through 36 of Riverside Park, Located in the South 1/2 of of Section 2, ..." 4. Please include Hemlock Street on the vicinity map. 5. The Planning Department will schedule the Administrative Hearing for the Minor Subdivision on Thursday, May 5, 1994,.at 1:30 p.m. This will allow time to satisfy the legal notification requirements. It is preferred that a final mylar, with revisions, be available at the hearing for signature by the Planning Director.
