Dear Brian:
Staff has reviewed the request for Padia Subdivision, Second
Filing, and has the following comments:
1. The City's Light and Power Department will require an eight
foot wide utility, easement along Hickory Street and Hemlock Street._
2. The 20 foot wide emergency access easement should also be
called out as a utility easement.
3. The subtitle of the plat should state Padia Subdivision,
second Filing:
"Being a Replat of Padia Subdivision and a Replat of a. Portion
of Lots 29 Through 36 of Riverside Park, Located in the South
1/2 of of Section 2, ..."
4. Please include Hemlock Street on the vicinity map.
5. The Planning Department will schedule the Administrative
Hearing for the Minor Subdivision on Thursday, May 5, 1994,.at 1:30
p.m. This will allow time to satisfy the legal notification
requirements. It is preferred that a final mylar, with revisions,
be available at the hearing for signature by the Planning Director.
Also, this mylar should be signed by the owner, the owner's notary,
the surveyor, and the attorney. If the final mylar or signatures
are not available on May 5, 1994, then the documents cannot be
recorded.
Please call if there are any questions.
Sincerely:
Ted Shepard
