Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 5, 1994 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a request for
a Minor Subdivision known as Padia Subdivision, Second Filing, #55-93A.
The request is to place the existing residential structures on a platted lot.
The property includes one single family home on Hemlock Street. the new lot
would be 2.03 acres in size.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
