Dear Resident:
On Thursday, January 28, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of
Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor
Subdivision request known as Padia Minor Subdivision, #55-92.
This request if to subdivide one lot, totalling .469 acres, for the purpose of
obtaining a building permit for a garage and repair shop. The proposed one lot
subdivision is located on the north side of West Hemlock Street, just west of a
residential property addressed as 500 West Hemlock Street, Fort Collins,
Colorado.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
