This water main may not be
disconnected as proposed.
There needs to be a Utility Coordination
meeting ASAP to discuss provision of
water to this site and the sites to the
north that are fed from this main.
Provide a detailed utility plan on a
smaller scale. The utilities on west side
of site are too dense to be able to
clearly understand what is going on.

Water service and fire line should be pulled
perpendicular to main if possible.
Service has to be perpendicular to water
main through the water meter.

building at a different
location, not in the alley?
This water main is a 'dead end main' with a fire service and fire
hydrant on lots to the north.
In the PDR comments Utilities has requested this main to be looped
to a water main further north.
Please set up a Utility Coordination meeting. The provision of water
utilities to this site needs to be discussed ASAP.

A 30-ft UT easement, centered on
the main, is required for sewer
mains.
This section of SS main needs to be
removed (preferred) or abandoned
(discuss with Utilities).

This is very close to the ex tel-comm manhole.
Please confirm tel-comm manhole I.D. or vault
dimensions.
It would be good to confirm if this "UT line" in in
conduit or if it is encased. If encased this will need to
be pothole located (top and bottom) to confirm
vertical separation for the sewer main.

It appears the Ex water main is not
located in an UT easement. Please
revised the Plat so that this water
main is centered in a 20-ft UT
easement.
The City would like this existing cast iron
main replaced with a new PVC main.
We would like to discuss this possibility
with you.
