Thank you for forwarding your Team’s Plat Submittal Review Comments dated August 25, 2020. Our team has reviewed the comments
and worked to revise the plat to accommodate the comments, suggestions, and recommendations provided.
This letter shall serve our 2nd Submittal Cover Letter and point-by-point Response Letter to your August 25th Staff Review Summary
letter (your team’s comments are provided in black, serif font; our responses are provided in blue, serif font proceeded with
“RESPONSE:” for ease of review).
REDLINE COMMENTS
1. Technical Services – Jeff County
1A. Please rectify discrepancy between Deed dimensions and the Plat Boundary dimensions.
RESPONSE: The Plat Boundary has been re-calculated to best fit the current Deeds and the current Survey Monument.
Considering “monuments hold”, there is some As-Measured dimensions that differ from the Deed, we are now showing
both with description in the Legend.
1B. Please label the adjacent easement lines.
RESPONSE: Acknowledged, labels have been added.
1C. Please see Board Rule 6.5.4.1
RESPONSE: Acknowledged, please refer to my response to 1A above.
1D. Please add ROW distance as well as ROW Lines and Subdivision information on the opposite side of the street.
RESPONSE: Acknowledged, additional ROW information has been added.
1E. Please add standard note for Final Plats
RESPONSE: Acknowledged, note has been added.
1F. Please add current zoning of the site on the Preliminary Plat
RESPONSE: Acknowledged, a Preliminary Plat has been prepared with the zoning designation added.
