Dear Property Owner:
On Wednesday, October 24, 1990, at 7:00 p.m., in the Flex Room of the new
Olander Elementary School (3401 Auntie Stone Street)*, the staff of the
Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a
proposed residential cluster plan in your neighborhood.
The proposal is for 36 single family homes on 45.6 acres located west of
Overland Trail (extended) and south of Drake Road. Thirty-two of these units
will be clustered on 10.6 acres and 4 of the units will be on large lots
(minimum lot size of 2.29 acres) with the remaining area, approximately 26
acres, devoted to open space. The developer will be in attendance to present
information regarding this proposal.
The list of affected property owners being
notified for
this neighborhood
meeting is derived
from official records of
the Larimer
County Assessor.
Because of the lag
time between property sales
and record
keeping, or because
of rental situations,
a few affected property
owners may
have been missed.
Please feel free to

neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
