Dear Tom;
Per our conversation on May 10, 1990, the petitioner for the
Burns Annexation understands that:
1. Second Reading of the Annexation and Zoning Ordinances for
the subject property will be scheduled for a City Council
meeting after the Planning and Zoning Board's public hearing
on a Preliminary Cluster Plan.
2. The applicant may withdraw the Annexation Petition at any
time up until Second Reading by the City Council.
Our tentative schedule for the Annexation and Preliminary
Planning of the subject property is attached for your
information. If we can provide any further information, please
do not hesitate to call.
