We have reviewed the proposed Burns Annexation and find that approval of
this proposal will not result in any significant negative impacts on Latimer
County's facilities or services.
Pursuant to Section II.10.d of the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Fort
Collins Urban Growth Area, the County hereby acknowledges that the area
being annexed is outside the current boundaries of the Urban Growth Area.
Latimer County also acknowledges receipt of the proposed annexation by cert-
ified mail as required by the Intergovernmental Agreement.
The Latimer County Board of Commissioners recommends approval of the proposed
Burns Annexation. Thank you for the opportunity to review this request.
