It was a pleasure to be able to visit with you yesterday and discuss your
upcoming Preliminary P.U.D. Plan submittal for the Wonderland Preschool -
Child Care Home expansion.
I have a confirmed date and time for the neighborhood meeting that is
required. We will meet Wednesday, May 23, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Beattie
Elementary School in the Media Center room. I would suggest that you
prepare a narrative to present to the participants. This will be followed by a
question & answer/discussion period where we will hopefully alleviate any
concerns expressed by the neighborhood. It would be beneficial to have an
enlarged colored copy of your site plan, so as to clearly convey the intent of
your request. We will record, in some fashion, all the comments and concerns
so that I can prepare a formal list of comments.
Also, for your information, the items we discussed yesterday relevant to the
preparation of the Preliminary Site Plan should be addressed as follows:
(27) Owner's certification of acceptance of conditions and restrictions as set
forth on the site plan ... This will be combined with item (29) as per the
example I have included.
(28) Statement of any variances to City design criteria and standards ... Not
Applicable for this submittal.
(29) Attorney's or owner's certification of ownership ... This will be combined
with item (27) above. See enclosed example.
