1. Preliminary PUD Submittal June 4, 1990.
2. The existing chan link fence will be (emoved--and replaced
With a six foot privacyfence in Jul when Wonderland is
closed).
3. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers will be; placed as
required by Poudre Fire Authority.. A Fire Department
inspection will be completed in July. One hour fire
separation waived following my letter dated May 5, 1990.
4. Waived following 4 ,letter of May ;5, 1990
5.- A second exit- from the garden level will be installed in
July. Second exit from level 2 will be installed if A
child with a handicapped parent is enrolled at Wonderland.
(per my letter May 5, 1990).-Second exit from. level 3 not
appropriate since children do not use this area.
6; Complete handicapped accesibility waived.. A wheelchair
ramp will be installed in the garage leading into the
second level for parental access in July..
7. The proposed walkway connecting the new entrance to
W. Swallow has been altered. The new walkway would connect
the preschool entrance with the existing front sidewalk
leading to Cavalry Court and the driveway. Pick up and
drop off would be from the driveway or Cavalry Court.
8. 12 children will be attending, necessitating a. maximum of
12 cars twice daily.. However, it -s likely that some
positions will be filled by two or three children in the
same family. Therefore, the number of actual vehicles
would probably be less than 12. Current drop off and
pick up times follow with -the number of vehicles listed
in parentheses:

It is not possible to give exact times for additional
children, not yet enrolled, but doubling the correct
drop offs and pick up times would be reasonable.

9. Four off-street parking spaces are available: Two in the
garage and two on the double driveway. Mostiparents do
use the driveway for drop offs and pick ups and staff
would be required to park either in the garage or driveway.
