The City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a public information meeting regarding a development proposal in your neighborhood. The proposal is for a P.U.D. to allow a facility for up to 15 elderly clients to be located at 3223 South Taft Hill Road. The applicants are Mr. and Mrs. Paul Boone, who currently operate the Split Rail Manor board and care facilities at 2320 West Prospect Road and 1109 Greenbrier Drive. The property at 3223 South Taft Hill Road is located in the City and is currently being used as a duplex residence and small plumbing and heating shop. This same facility was once considered a potential site for the Larimer Shelter Care program. The Shelter Care facility is longer being considered at 3223 South Taft Hill Road. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
