HomeMy WebLinkAboutFIRE STATION NO 2 MINOR SUBDIVISION - 28 90 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING FIRE STATION No. 2 MINOR SUBDIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER 28-90 WHEREAS, the applicant, the Poudre Fire Authority, has duly, followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and has submitted the application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: A parcel of land located in the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department. Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting the required sign on the subject property, and giving public notification of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the Planning Director held a public hearing on Thursday, July 12, 1990, at Lj0 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room located at. 281 North College, for the purposes of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Fire Station No. 2 Minor Subdivision #28-90 be hereby approved, and as grounds,therefore, the Planning Director does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right-of-way. C. The lot is consistent with, and meets the requirements of the R-L, Low Density Residential, Zoning District. /.fit& ( y(_, DATE
