On Thursday July 12, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold
an administrative review hearing to consider a minor subdivision proposal in
your neighborhood.
This request is known as the Fire Station No. 2 Minor Subdivision, Case
#28-90, located at 415 S. Bryan Street. The property is in the R-L, Low
Density Residential Zoning District.
This request consists of a proposal to create a one lot subdivision of
0.315 acres. The land is currently unplatted and is the current location
of the Poudre Fire Authority's Fire Station No. 2. The Poudre Fire Author-
ity is proposing an approximately 15,OOf square foot addition to the exist-
ing station. This hearing is for consideration of the subdivision plat
only, to create a legal lot for the Fire Station.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from the most currently available records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so
all may have the opportunity to attend.
