FAITH EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH PARKING LOT
MINOR SUBDIVISION
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER 30-90
WHEREAS, the applicants, the Faith Evangelical Free Church and
the City of Fort Collins, have followed the City procedure for Minor
Subdivisions as oulined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and have
submitted the application for Minor Subdivision of the following
described property, to wit:
A tract of land located in the South Half of Section
22, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, a portion of which is a
replat of a portion of the plat of Ross Open Space.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application
request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of
property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, posting the required
sign on the subject property, and giving public notification of the hearing in a
newspaper of general circulation; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director held a public hearing on Thursday,
September 20, 1990 at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room
located at 281 North College Avenue, for the purposes of reviewing the minor
subdivision application.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING
DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT:
The Minor Subdivision now known as Faith Evangelical Free Church Minor
Subdivision, # 30-90, be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore; the
Planning Director does find the following facts to be true:
A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for
streets and utilities.
B. The lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right-of=way:
C. The lots are consistent with, and meet the requirements of the
R-L, Low Density Residential, Zoning District.
