Please take notice that on August 21, 1990, the Director of Planning of the.
City of Fort Collins, approved the Subdivision Plat known as Fire Station No.
10 Minor Subdivision, which development was submitted and processed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the Code_ of the City of Fort Collins.
The Subdivision Plat of the subject property is on file in the office of the
Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
A Tract of Land Located in the Southeast Quarter of Section
30, Township 7 North, Range 68 'West of the 6th P.M. of
Larimer County, Colorado, being a replat of a portion of Lot
3, Timberline Plaza PUD, a Plat of Record in the Office of
the Clerk and Recorder, of said Larimer County, containing
0.624 acres more or less.
