This request is known as the Fire Station No. 10 Minor Subdivision, Case
#35-90, located at the southwest corner of Vermont Drive and Timberline
Road. The property is in the R-H, High Density Residential Zoning District.
This request consists of a proposal to create a one lot subdivision of 0.62 acres
to be called Fire Station NO. 10 Subdivision. The land is currently vacant
and platted as a portion of lot 3 of the Timberline Plaza PUD. The Poudre
Fire Authority is proposing to construct an 8,088 square foot fire station on
the site. This hearing is for consideration of the subdivision plat only, to
create a legal lot for the Fire Station.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from the most currently available records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so
all may have the opportunity to attend.
