The proposed project is commonly known as Overland Hills Subdivision, 2nd Filing, Final, Case #38-80C. The applicant is requesting final approval for 4 single family residences on 9.1976 acres, located approximately 1/2 mile west of Taft Hill and fronting on Horsetooth Road, zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important clement in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this informational meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based on current County Assessor's records.
