The extension of that main is the responsibility of any developer interested in obtaining sewer service. In this instance, since the nearest main is so far from Overland Hills 21 Filing, and the subdivision has only 4 lots, the developer did not want to build an off -site sewer main. We do not require all development within the City to be connected to City sewer mains. It is okay to have septic systems, as long as the developer can satisfy all County requirements. If you have any questions or comments, please call me at 221-6681. Sincerely, w 1 Le Mark Taylor Civil Engineer H cc: Gefroh Hattman, Inc. 145 W. Swallow Road Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 P.O.
