ON OCTOBER 8 WARREN JONES SENT YOU OF COPY OF A LETTER
ADDRESSED TO ME RESPONDING TO MY REQUEST THAT AS AN ALTERNATIVE
TO SPRINKLER SYSTEMS FOR 3 OF THE LOTS IN THE 2ND FILING A FULL
WIDTH OF HORSETOOTH ROAD BE ALLOWED AS MEETING REQUIREMENTS FOR
TWO POINTS OF ACCESS TO THE SUBDIVISION. WE REQUESTED THAT IN
ADDITION TO THE 36 FEET OF PAVED ARTERIAL STREET CURRENTLY BEING
CONSTRUCTED AN ADDITIONAL 36 FEET OF ARTERIAL ROADBASE BE'
CONSTRUCTED.
THIS ROADBASE WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED TO A 12" THICKNESS AND
EXTEND FROM HORSETOOTH COURT TO THE INTERSECTION OF HORSETOOTH
ROAD AND PLATTE DRIVE. COMPACTION TESTS WOULD BE TAKEN TO ENSURE
THAT THE ROADBASE WAS PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED.
DEDICATION OF THE R.O.W. ON THE NORTH SIDE IN PROCESS AND
SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. CONSTRUCTION OF
THE ROADBASE WOULD BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE
DEDICATION.

THE CITY GIVE CONSIDERATION TO THE USE OF ARTERIAL CONSTRUCTED
ROADBASE TO SERVE AS THE SECOND POINT OF ACCESS. PLEASE LET ME
KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL.
