WE REQUESTED THAT IN ADDITION TO THE 36 FEET OF PAVED ARTERIAL STREET CURRENTLY BEING CONSTRUCTED AN ADDITIONAL 36 FEET OF ARTERIAL ROADBASE BE' CONSTRUCTED. THIS ROADBASE WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED TO A 12" THICKNESS AND EXTEND FROM HORSETOOTH COURT TO THE INTERSECTION OF HORSETOOTH ROAD AND PLATTE DRIVE. COMPACTION TESTS WOULD BE TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT THE ROADBASE WAS PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED. DEDICATION OF THE R.O.W. ON THE NORTH SIDE IN PROCESS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROADBASE WOULD BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE DEDICATION. -- ON BEHALF OF THE LOT OWNERS OF THE 2ND FILING I REQUEST THAT THE CITY GIVE CONSIDERATION TO THE USE OF ARTERIAL CONSTRUCTED ROADBASE TO SERVE AS THE SECOND POINT OF ACCESS.
