recorded March 4, 1992. Larimer County Planning has a signed
Subdivision Improvements Agreement (SIA) with Kim Stuart, 2100 Nicasio
Valley Road, Nicasic, California for water main, sanitary sewer, and
street construction. This SIA is accompanied by the appropriate
letter of credit as collateral for these improvements. Expiration
date on the SIA is June 10, 1993.
