RE: OVERLAND HILLS SUBDIVISION FILING TWO
PROJECT #90-558
Dear Steve:
The following is a summary of our meeting of September 12, 1990, in your
office regarding this project.
1. Due to locational considerations, and site specific characteristics,
the lower density can be justified for this development.
2. A copy of the agreement from this property owner giving the Sixth
Filing of Springfield the ability to transport water across this
site will be provided by Final.
3. A copy of the agreement with the property owner to the north accepting
storm runoff from the Springfield Subdivision detention pond prior to
Final.
4. The R.O.W. for the Overland Trail-Horsetooth Road intersection would
be dedicated at Final.
5. A preliminary level of design for the Overland Trail-Horsetooth Road
intersection including the bridge at Spring Creek will be provided
prior to Final.
6. The floodway of Spring Creek will be placed in a tract and dedicated
to the City.
7. Data is available as to the upstream hydrology for Spring Creek.
8. At Final a computer run hydrology study is required.
9. A preliminary profile design for Overland Trail is available from
engineering.
10. Minor adjustments to the drainage study will be directed to the Engineer.
11. With these conditions, the Staff can support a recommendation to the
Board at the Preliminary level for the project.
