Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, September 24, 1990*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New
City Hall, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Overland Hills
Subdivision - Preliminary, Case #38-90 and Overland Hills Subdivision, 2nd
Filing, Subdivision - Preliminary, Case #38-90A.
The applicants are requesting 10 single family residences on 4.1842 acres,
located approximately 1/2 mile west of Taft Hill and 1/4 mile south of
Horsetooth Road and iz zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
The applicants are also requesting 4 single family residences on 9.1916 acres,
located approximately 1/2 mile west of Taft Hill on the south side of
Horsetooth Road and is zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within the area
based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or
