Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 RE: 203 West Mulberry PUD Dear Sherry; Attached are prints reflecting revisions which we discussed in our meeting Monday. Briefly, these include: 1. Removal of the wood fence south of the building; 2. Rearrangement of the display area and reduction of the hedge along the west boundary to allow for snow removal; 3. Revision of the awnings proposed for the building to allow for the name of the business. There are also other revisions which the Owner requested, particularly with regard to signage. Mr. King feels strongly about reusing the existing sign box and standard, particularly since it is difficult to find a good location for a ground sign at that corner due to the obstruction of potential sight —lines by electrical equipment and traffic.
