1.) Utility Plans
a) Water Line Plan and Profile Drawings: Plan and profile drawing of all new water lines are
required to be submitted for the final development review. JR response: Addressed
b) Water Line Easements: Easements by separate document (not platted) will be required
for all water lines in Tracts C, E and F. The District anticipates working directly with the
developer/owner on these easements. These easements must be granted prior to the
signing and recording of the plat. JR response: See all 3 Legal Exhibits
2.) Site Plan: See redlines on attached landscape plan. Engineer and landscape designer to
coordinate on redline comments. JR response: Noted. See JR comments in attached pdf.
Development review fees will be invoiced at next round of drawing review
Any written agreements required to complete waterline connections to the property must be
completed prior to final approval of the project construction drawings.
