Utility Plans a) Water Line Plan and Profile Drawings: Plan and profile drawing of all new water lines are required to be submitted for the final development review. JR response: Addressed b) Water Line Easements: Easements by separate document (not platted) will be required for all water lines in Tracts C, E and F. The District anticipates working directly with the developer/owner on these easements. These easements must be granted prior to the signing and recording of the plat.
