Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, November 29, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 North College*, the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision known as The
Dayspring Minor Subdivision.
The applicant is proposing to create a legal subdivision lot of approximately
4.39 acres for the future construction of a church. The property is located on
the east side of Taft Hill Road, between Orchard Place and Plum Street.
Public input regarding this Minor Subdivision may be made in writing to the
Planning Department or at the public administrative hearing.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportu-
nity to attend.
