HomeMy WebLinkAboutRICHMOND ASSOCIATES RH NON RESIDENTIAL USE - 46 90 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDevelol ant Services Planning Department October 31, 1990 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, November 14, 1990, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Council Information Chambers, City Hall West*, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a change of use proposed for 420 West Oak Street. The applicant, Mr. Don Richmond, currently resides at 420 West Oak Street. The building is currently used as a duplex with a home occupation license for Mr. Richmond's architectural consulting business. Home occupation permits are allowed, subject to certain restrictions, in the R-H, High Density Residential zone district. Mr. Richmond proposes to convert the duplex/home occupation into a non- residential use for a professional office. This conversion process must be approved by the Planning and Zoning Board, through a public review process. This process includes a neighborhood information meeting. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
