Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
December 17, 1990*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Richmond Associates
Office - R-H Zone Request, Case #46-90.
The applicant is requesting a non-residential use request in the R-H Zone to
allow a 1,000 s.f. office in addition to a 800 s.f. apartment on .25 acre,
located at 420/422 West Oak Street.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
