Thank you for your letter dated November 29, 1990, in regard to the
variance request of Don Richmond at 420-422 W. Oak Street, Fort
Collins.
I have no objection to the variance request provided that a two
hour parking limit sign is placed in front of my property at 416
West Oak Street. Long-term parking by people other than clients
of our office is becoming more and more of a problem. Adding
another office space to the block would surely compound this
problem.
