Description of private alley easement: Begin at the Northeast
corner of Lot 11 of Block 81, City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and
run thence North 5.0 feet; thence West 70.0 feet; thence North
5.0 feet; thence West 48.5 feet; thence South 18.0 feet; thence
East 118.5 feet; thence North 8.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Donald L. Richmond intends to establish parking for five to seven
vehicles on property owned by him at 420 W. oak. Mr. Richmond
will furnish all labor and materials and long term maintenance of
the surfacing materials that may occupy portions of properties
that are contained within the above described easement. In
addition no existing fences, buildings, or other encroachments
on the described easement will be effected as part of the parking
improvements.
The materials proposed for surfacing of this easement is a
modular concrete material which allows growth of grass and other
vegetation materials. The modular material can be moved or
replaced by any of the above owners in order to facilitate their
benefit or need.
The below signed adjoining owner does hereby authorize Mr.
Richmond to surface this common, ,shared easement according to
the above conditions.

Dear Mr. Shepard:
Regarding your October 31, 1990 letter and the meeting to discuss a
change of use proposed for 420 West Oak Street, I do own the property
at 214 South Sherwood but it is currently a rental property.
After reviewing your letter, I wanted to go on
favor of the use change. I would prefer that
residential and not bring a strictly business
