Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
March 22, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Amigos at Shields PUD -
Final, #47-906.
The request is for final approval of a 2,332 s.f. fast food restaurant with drive
thru, located at 1015 South Shields Street, zoned BL, Limited Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
