ATTENTION: Steve Olt
We have been informed that some concerns have arisen regarding the new
addition at Campus West Texaco.
One question, as we understand, is why isn't the facia band now on the
existing building extended to encompass the new addition for asthetic con—
tinuity?
That concept can be done and we feel it will enhance the building and
reflect a one —building theme.
As to the second question regarding the separation between the two
buildings --
Utility services,(i.e.) sewer and electrical, enter the existing building
on the west side. After preliminary research and it was discovered that
construction difficulties would be encountered with that approach, it was
determined that separation would be the best approach in lieu of moving such

We are providing revised elevations to show that continuing the facia
band would reflect an appearance of one building.
We hope these answers along with the revised elevations will relieve your
concerns regarding the appearance and the question of separating the two
buildings.
