Dear Resident:
On Thursday, December 5, 1991, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., in the central conference
room at, 281 North College*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will
hold a public information meeting to discuss a new development proposal in your
neighborhood.
The proposal is the redevelopment of the Taco Bell restaurant at the corner of
College Avenue and Prospect Road. The proposal is to remodel the existing home
at 1530 South College Avenue (Wickersham House) and construct an addition to
create a new restaurant. The existing Taco Bell structure would be demolished.
In addition, a drive-thru lane, order board, and pick-up window will be included
in the redevelopment proposal.
This will be the third neighborhood information meeting concerning development
on the Taco Bell and Wickersham house. Since the current proposal is very
different from previous plans, you are strongly encouraged to attend this
meeting.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
