Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, December 16, 1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Taco Bell Restaurant PUD,
Preliminary, #51-90A.
The applicant is requesting to demolish the existing Taco Bell
restaurant at 1538 South College Avenue and convert the existing
residential structure at 1530 South College Avenue into a 2,925
square foot restaurant with building additions and a drive-thru
lane. The site is .7 acres and located at the northeast corner of
College Avenue and Prospect Road. The property is zoned R-H, High
Density Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the city's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
