Dear Mr. Shepard: ,---
In previous meetings this project has been descussed in detail. The
site, architectural design,_ entrances, exits, parking, landscaping,
have been satisfactorily established. I have some uneasiness about
the fence. with increased capacity and a drive through noise will
be increased. I am aware that the landscaping will help. I recall
discussing the posibility of.a trellis atop the fence upon which
vining plants could grow. That would help with pollution as well as
noise.
Operational practices have also been discussed and changes 'suggested.
I would like to see a written.agreement to close the restaurant at or
prior to midnight every, night. I do not object to the drive through
being open until one A..M. on, Friday and Saturday.
These changes are requested due to persistent vandalism of neighbor-
hood property, door bells ringing at 2 A.M., and excessive trash in
the neighborhood.
