HomeMy WebLinkAboutTACO BELL RESTAURANT 9.27.1990 NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING - 51-90 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDevelol !nt Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins September 17, 1990 Dear Resident On Thursday, September 27, 1990, at 4:00 p.m., in the Development Services Conference Room (281 North College Avenue - southwest corner of Maple and College)*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a proposed planned unit development in your neighborhood. The conference room is located just east of the Maple Street entrance. The proposed development involves 1530 South College Avenue, which is currently a vacant residential structure, and Taco Bell at the northeast corner of Prospect and College. The developer seeks approval to remove the residential structure, demolish the existing Taco Bell, and construct a new, larger Taco Bell restaurant with drive-thru capability on the combined sites. The new Taco Bell facility would include street improvements to the intersection of Prospect and College and the alley on the east property line. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
