1. There is a concern about parking on the Wickersham property. This property
does not allow parking for a restaurant. The Wickersham property is not
fenced or screened from the neighborhood. Consequently, debris and noise
are impacting the residents as a result of using the Wickersham property. .
2. The Wickersham property should be fenced now if it used for employee or
customer parking.
3. The employees are not closing the dumpster lids. This causes odor and debris
to be blown around the alley.
4. The parking lot is presently watered every morning. This practice seems very
wasteful. Also, debris is picked up and floated down into the storm sewer
and eventually into Spring Creek. Why can't Taco Bell use a motorized
parking lot sweeper like other businesses? This would save water.
5. The litter and debris in the neighborhood are not being picked up on a
regular basis in the morning as promised.
6. The neighborhood group would like to meet with Taco Bell again to go over
the details of the submittal and the specific concerns of the neighborhood.
