As we discussed last week, we have looked at two conceptual
design alternatives that would allow redevelopment of the Taco
Bell site and provide improved access to Lots 6 and 7 (the
adjacent Farm Bureau property). It appears that allowing some
encroachment by Taco Be11 onto Lot 6, and other possible
participation may be of benefit to both properties.
