Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, July 22,
1996*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will
hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project
is commonly known as Fairview PUD, Phase IV (C.B. Potts's Brewery) - Amended Final
- #52-90A.
The applicant is requesting an 1,196 sq. ft. addition to the existing building located at
1427 West Elizabeth; and zoned BP - Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments
are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within at least 500
feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions
