This parking lot is located in a residential zone and, therefore, must be approved as a planned unit development (P.U.D.). The applicant is Chesterfield, Bottomsley, and Potts. The Planning Department wants you to be informed of this proposal. In addition, I would appreciate any comments you may have. Please look over the plans and give me a call if you have any questions or concerns. The P.U.D. is scheduled to be considered by the Planning and Zoning Board at their regular meeting on Monday, January 28, 1991.
