Dear Mr. Tjelmeland:
Enclosed please find a site plan and landscape plan for the proposed parking lot
to be located south of your business. This parking lot is located in a
residential zone and, therefore, must be approved as a planned unit development
(P.U.D.). The applicant is Chesterfield, Bottomsley, and Potts.
The Planning Department wants you to be informed of this proposal. In addition,
I would appreciate any comments you may have. Please look over the plans and
give me a call if you have any questions or concerns.
The P.U.D. is scheduled to be considered by the Planning and Zoning Board at
their regular meeting on Monday, January 28, 1991. This is a formal public
hearing held in the City Council chambers, 300 Laporte Avenue, at 6:30 P.M.
