Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, January 28,
1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public information hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project
is commonly known as Chesterfield, Bottomsley, Potts Parking Lot, Final PUD, Case #52-90.
The applicant is requesting final approval for a 26,919 square foot parking lot, located
southwest of the restaurant, at 1415 West Elizabeth Street and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this informational meeting, written comments are
welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based
on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
