Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, February 21, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 North College*, the Director of Planning will hold an
administrative review hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision known as Zeta
Tau Alpha Fraternity Subdivision, Case #2-91.
The applicant is requesting a hearing for a minor subdivision consisting of Lot
1 of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity Subdivision located at the southeast corner
of Blue Bell Avenue and Baystone Drive. This property is being considered
for development as a sorority house, affiliated with Colorado State University,
providing room and board for up to 55 full-time residents.
Public input regarding this Minor Subdivision may be made in writing to the
Planning Department or at the public administrative hearing.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-644 (g) of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this hearing is derived
from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free
to notify your neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the
opportunity to attend.
