The proposed annexation is commonly known as Springer Annexation and Zoning, Case #9-91A. The applicant is requesting to annex and zone approximately 4.80 acres of City owned property, located north of East Mulberry Street and west of Lemay Avenue. The property consists of a section of the Poudre River and its associated bluff and floodway. The proposed zoning is RC, River Corridor. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based on current County Assessor's records.
