Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April, 22,
1991*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is
commonly known as Buderus Annexation and Zoning - First Filing, #11-91A and Second Filing,
# 12-91 A.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone approximately 30 acres in the first filing and
108 acres in the second filing. Requested zoning is I-L, Limited Industrial and is located south
of East Vine Drive and west of I-25.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this public hearing, written comments arc
welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within the area based
on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
