The proposed annexation is commonly known as Buderus Annexation and Zoning - First Filing, #11-91A and Second Filing, # 12-91 A. The applicant is requesting to annex and zone approximately 30 acres in the first filing and 108 acres in the second filing. Requested zoning is I-L, Limited Industrial and is located south of East Vine Drive and west of I-25. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this public hearing, written comments arc welcome.
