The Buderus First Annexation is described as follows: The SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.; except rights of way for railroads as now established and EXCEPT the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section'9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. The property owner has requested,and the Planning and Zoning Board has recommended, that said Annexation be placed in the I-L, Limited Industrial District with .the condition that the subject property be developed as a planned unit development in accordance with City Code. Dated this 30th day of April, A.D. 1991.
