,NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 18�
NOTICE is hereby given that, on May 7, 1991, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, 300 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the Fort Collins City
Council will hold a public hearing on the zoning of land known as the Buderus
First Annexation.
The Buderus First Annexation is described as follows:
The SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.; except rights
of way for railroads as now established and EXCEPT the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section'9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M.
The property owner has requested,and the Planning and Zoning Board has
recommended, that said Annexation be placed in the I-L, Limited Industrial
District with .the condition that the subject property be developed as a planned
unit development in accordance with City Code.
